How are 'Cash In Hands' amounts determined?
Cash will be added:
When you initially add the initial capital to HishabPati, if you invest more money in your business, or when you earn income from any transaction, the 'on-hand' amount will increase.
Cash will be deducted:
Conversely, when money is spent from the business through any transaction, the 'on-hand' amount will decrease.
In the Basic Package, you will be able to see which reports?

If you lose or damage your mobile device, will the data in HishabPati be backed up?
Yes, data backup and data security will be ensured.
- If you lose your mobile device or it gets damaged, you can download the HishabPati app on any other device.
- By installing the app on another device and logging in with your previous mobile number, you can access all your previous transactions and data
But you need to ensure that-
Data inputted in offline mode are synced in online mode. Because the data synced in online mode will get backed up only.
How can I send the customer a due balance message?
In HishabPati, customer reminder messages or due balance collection messages are sent automatically to customers. However, you can also choose to disable this option in the settings (Under Transaction Settings). If you want to send a separate reminder message to a specific customer, you can go to the due balance list page from the menu and send a reminder message.
Mobile App: On the mobile app, you can find the option to send a message to the customer by tapping on the 'three dots' next to the customer's name.
Web App: In the web version, tap on the 'Action' option at the end of the customer's name and you will get the button to send the message.
When the message is finished: If you have used up the message quota that comes with your package, you can purchase a message pack from the 'Purchase Messages' option in the menu for a small fee!
For managing multiple businesses in the Business package, is it necessary to purchase a separate package for each business?
Yes, for each business, you will need to purchase separate packages according to their specific requirements.
How to remove a watermark from an invoice?
To remove the watermark from an invoice, you must purchase a subscription to the Premium or Business package.
If you have the basic package, the watermark will remain on the invoice.

Is the HishabPati app free to use?
