To clear the 'Cash In Hands' to zero in HishabPati, you must reset your account. But remember, caution is important in account reset!
Caution: When you reset your account, all your data will be permanently deleted. This means there will be no way to recover any previous data once the account is reset. Therefore, it is essential to think carefully before proceeding with the reset.
If you still wish to reset your account and set the "Cash In Hands" to zero, follow these steps:
- First, tap on the menu icon on the left side of the app. Here, you will find the 'Utilities' option. Select the 'Reset Account' option from the 'Utilities' menu.
- Now, you will see the 'Reset Account' screen. You will receive a caution message asking, "Do you want to delete all data and start fresh?"- Read this warning message carefully.
- Once you are sure about resetting the account, tap on the "Reset Account" button.
- A pop-up related to the account reset will appear. Read the warning message carefully and click the "I agree" or "OK" button after making sure.
- By tapping "OK," you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone number for final verification.
- Enter the OTP and complete the verification by filling out the form.
- The entire account reset process will take some time.
- When the account reset is complete, you will see a new and fresh dashboard. Your account has been successfully reset!
Account Reset Done! Now, on your dashboard, the "Cash In Hands" will be displayed as zero.
Warning: Resetting your account will permanently delete all your account data. You will never get this data back!
