How can I send the customer a due balance message?

In HishabPati, customer reminder messages or due balance collection messages are sent automatically to customers. However, you can also choose to disable this option in the settings (Under Transaction Settings). If you want to send a separate reminder message to a specific customer, you can go to the due balance list page from the menu and send a reminder message.

Mobile App: On the mobile app, you can find the option to send a message to the customer by tapping on the 'three dots' next to the customer's name.

Web App: In the web version, tap on the 'Action' option at the end of the customer's name and you will get the button to send the message.

When the message is finished: If you have used up the message quota that comes with your package, you can purchase a message pack from the 'Purchase Messages' option in the menu for a small fee!
